Limitation of liability:
This is a comprehensive limitation of liability that applies to all losses and damages of any kind, *whether by statute, law or in contract*, negligence or other tortuous action, even if an authorized representative of [company] or its affiliates has been advised or should have known of the possibility of such damages.

PROPUESTA

the expression is a bit odd... Since "Law" is more general than "statute" it covers the latter and therefore the reference to "statute" is, I believe, superfluous. That's why (I think) a literal translation can't work here. The purpose of the clause seems to be to exclude all liability (whether arising from law or contractual) I think the one I propose to you will work.
Best of luck,
Alex

"1 : a law enacted by the legislative branch of a government —see also CODE, STATUTORY LAW
2 : an act of a corporation or its founder intended as a permanent rule
3 : an international instrument setting up an agency and regulating its scope or authority <the statute of the International Court of Justice>"

¡Saludos!
