Oil

The balance of water( or moisture?)moisture and oil in the skin is the primary condition for creating healthy and immaculate skin.
The oil sounds strange. Is ther a better word for it?

"Oil" is OK.

So far as I know, "oil" is commonly used in this case (skin).

Having said, that, in this particular sentence, \"a balance of oil and moisture\" would probably be best.
