'Habe inzwischen rausgefunden, dass es sich hierbei um die GOODS AND SERVICES TAX handelt, bin mir aber nicht sicher, ob es eine entsprechende Steuer auch in Deutschland gibt.

Es geht immer noch um die Webseite einer int. Hotelkette.

Würdet ihr das überhaupt übersetzen? 'Bin etwas unschlüssig...

Vorschlag zur Güte - nichts anderes ist es (auch der Virschlag im Glossar sagt nichts anderes: "1. ... Kernpunkt der Steuerreform ist die Einführung einer allgemeinen _Umsatzsteuer_ auf Waren und Dienstleistungen (Goods and Services Tax) ... ", ehe irgendein Steuerfuzzy uns auslegt, dass die zwar auf den Cent soviel kostet, wie MWSt, VAT oder sonst eine Steuer, aber eben systemimmanent etwas graduell anderes ist .....
