help, guida
Actually, I saw both things.
Some texts leave help, others translate that with guida, e.g. on line help = guida in linea.

guida in linea
I looked on our (Italian)computer, and if you click on the question mark at the top of the screen in word, you get "guida in linea". "Guida in linea" is also written to the right of the book with the question mark, when you click on "start".
