agree with rkillings on the use of "employee opinion survey" - worth posting as your answer. French business loves to chuck in the word "social" to make themselves sound caring, or to cover up unpalatable issues (e.g. "plan social" = sacking lots of people): as rk says, corporate BS...

An English-speaking company would call it an employee opinion survey. Anything else would correctly be perceived as corporate BS. But you could work in the trendy word 'barometer' somewhere, for the metric the company is presumably deriving from the survey results.

well I actually think that the French is 'wrong' in the sense that it sounds as though the "baromètre" is measuring "écoute sociale" i.e. how far the employees think the firm listens to them and is alert and responsive to their needs.
As to "satisfaction", if they are asking the questions, it's because they are aware that maybe some staff members are dissatisfied. Not sure therefore why you are so keen to avoid the word

Of course you could remain very neutral and talk of a "staff feedback survey"
