I'm not sure if this is saying that there are no limits on the number of PO contracts that can be entered into, or whether there is no limit on the upper or lower value of the subsequent PO contracts.

That would be my guess, but you need to get confirmation from someone who is more of a finance expert.
I don't think they're talking about the number of contracts they can enter into.

Thanks, Matthew. You may well be right - there's reference later to authorisation being sought irrespective of the value of the order. It's always nice if someone can come up with a concrete reference, but at this time of night, I'm probably asking too much! |
