baseline toxicological expert assessment

http://experttoxicologist.com/toxicology-risk-assessment.asp...

In an exposure scenario, the expert toxicologist's role is primarily to address "baseline risk." The illustration at right outlines the components of a baseline risk assessment. This is an analysis of potential adverse health effects (current or future) caused by the release of a toxic substance prior to remediation.

to carry out a toxicological reference evaluation

A toxicological reference value is an index, indication or an indicator which is permitted by comparison with an exposure of the qualifying and quantifying elements of risk to human health, Elaboration of toxicological reference values depends on the available data on the toxicological mechanism actions on substances and theories which are commonly accepted. Toxicological reference values can also distinguish dose levels or thresholds, or they can be without recommended thresholds or levels. (See reference below.)
It's a question of whether or not it's prevented by 'thanatopraxis'.
I checked 'thanatopraxis' and I found a definition on Wikipedia with a reference to morbid preservation. There's no answer as to whether or not it prevents the qualitative and quantitative evaluative assessment. Nonetheless, the guidelines on risk assessment and consideration of the risks to human health are emphatic along with the rules on environmental protection. (ICPE)

Toxicological reference values can also distinguish dose levels or thresholds, or they can be without recommended thresholds or levels. They are used more in the quantitative procedures of evaluation of health risks, with a decision making process which seeks to provide the scientific elements which are essential to the proposal of corrective actions by risk management (ICPE = rules and regulations of environmental protection, local government or management of a deteriorating situation). The elaboration of toxicological reference values follows a very structured approach which implies the insistence on collective evaluations.)
