I think that saving (no S) is perfectly correct - many examples of native English usage of the word in this context on the Web. For example:
\"What benefits do the supporters get?
First and most importantly, you are supporting their club. Secondly, you are saving up to 40% on BT rates. Most of this saving is due to BT charging a 5p connection fee at all times for all calls (even free calls), whereas Gemini charge just 1p! (3p to mobiles)\"
