Seit 1987 sind die Vorzugsspannungen für öffentliche Netze in der DIN IEC 38 / 19987 verbindlich geregelt und im Mittelspannungsbereich auf 10, 20 und 35 kV festgelegt /Kaufmann/ Deshalb wird es in Zukunft kaum noch Hersteller geben, die Betriebsmittel für diese Spannungsebene anbieten und die Vorhaltung einer 6,3 kV- Ebene für nur 3 Verbraucher wird umso unwirtschaftlicher, je älter die Anlage ist. Diese Spannungsebene wird daher im umstrukturierten Netz nicht mehr existieren. Die Versorgung soll zukünftig aus einem n-1- sicheren Sammelschienenabschnitt der 0,4 kV- Ebene erfolgen. Die Dokumentation der 6,3 kV- Spannungsebene erübrigt sich damit.
