German term

schraubbar geführt

German to English Tech/Engineering Energy / Power Generation gas heater
gas regulator fitting for a gas heater

Screwably guided has been used on a very limited number of occasions judging by hits on Google.

Discussion

Michael Harris Jul 6, 2011:
@Alison Threadedly - sounds just as bad as screwably? But I must admit that most hits do refer to patents, in both cases
Andres Larsen Jul 6, 2011:
rotationally guided located screw thread / threaded bolt is rotationally guided
Michael Harris Jul 6, 2011:
@opolt screwably does not only sound terrible (although there are quite a few hits in Google), I would definately never use it. "Can be screwed into ..."
opolt Jul 6, 2011:
@meirs IMHO, the sentence works in that regard and is indeed decipherable ;-] -- but it really sounds like it is from a patent.

Not sure though what "screwably" really evokes for a native speaker of English :-|
meirs Jul 6, 2011:
" = what (einem, eines) refers to what here
opolt Jul 6, 2011:
Muttersprachler dazu sagen ...

can be screwed (into)

It seems fairly clear that you are dealing with a patent here and I would say that "screwably guided" would not be appropriate, even for patentese. I think simply "can be screwed into a thread situated ..." would be considered acceptable.

I've found a patent example going in the other direction for you.
An English-language EP (although originating from Italy):
and a second ring nut 40 which can be retained in the box-like support 38 and can be screwed onto the aforesaid second thread 39.

And here is the corresponding German translation of this document:

You will also probably find this interesting - a US patent (translation) correpsonding to what I presume is your document. This particular translator has used "threadedly connected".
The side of the intermediate piece 36 opposite the tappet 32 is equipped with a peg-shaped extension which, on the one hand, serves to receive a springy element--described in greater detail below--and, on the other, is longitudinally movably led in a thrust piece 38 which in turn is threadedly connected to upper part 4 in the interior of the top
37.
