German term

Verletzung von Leben, Körper oder Gesundheit

German to English Law/Patents Law: Contract(s) AGBs
This is a common phrase in AGB's - although it's hit me for the first time today. Somehow "Injury to life and limb" doesn't really carry much conviction, although I suppose I could be persuaded.
The whole sentence is an injury liability escape clause (aren't they all...), and the crucial part is:
"Der AG und seine Mitarbeiter haften, gleich aus welchem Rechtsgrund, nur für grobe Fahrlässigkeit und Vorsatz, bei ***Verletzung von Leben, Körper oder Gesundheit*** auch für einfache Fahrlässigkeit."

agree Friderike Butler : remember correct comma setting though - answer is missing comma after limb (at least according to American grammar rules)
