Dear All, Thanks so much for your valuable contributions. Many great ideas have been provided, and I decided to go with "When quality meets quality (combining Stefani's and Andrew's suggestions) and offer "Excellence inspires excellence" as an alternative-- for the client to decide. Since Stefani did not post her answer, I am awarding points to Wendy for her equally excellent suggestion. Thanks again!

When..., or Where... . It depends a bit on what follows in the piece.

@Stefani: Perhaps this piece of info helps: This company acts as s a link/liaison between the sponsor (pharmaceutical company) and the study doctor. They monitor clinical trials.
