Omit *facility* here: It does not mean that the patient was sent to another institution. In this case there would be no need to establish a new finding (*Beurteilung*) because the patient would return with a written report.

It usually means that the doctor invoices his finding on an X-ray that was taken elsewhere in the past, which the patient brought to the consultation . So it means the image itself, not the facility/institution.
