German term
Bergkristall
Herzlichen Dank!

: It would have to be 'a gem of a hotel' or 'a jewel of a hotel' - actually the latter is more sophisticated; gem sounds rather old hat.

rock quartz
A new "Bergkristall" (rock crystal) wellness hotel has opened. In the midst of the mountains, this hotel nestles gently into the landscape, impressing with its clean lines and modern design.
"Bergkristall" (rock quartz) is meant here only as a sort of pun on the particularity of this hotel, praised as multi-faceted. It addresses both ski tourists as well as business travelers, offering a wide range of comforts in a stimulating environment, something which is also reflected in its pricing. This as additional information.

: Sorry but no. There is no reason not to translate the play on words. It's not a Fachausdruck, nor a name.

Mount Pearl//Alpine pearl//Nature's pearl
The first one, Mount Pearl, could actually be used as the name of the hotel rather than merely as its description. Similar to, say Mount Royal, in Montreal.

: There is an organization called Alpine Pearls. Would stay away from that name.

Iceberg [chalet]
I think iceberg does the trick as it is sometimes taken as a synonym to crystal...AND it contains the 'berg' word play.
