Venetian baking
Working from audio, the words sound like "calle del pistola" (a sort of baker?) and "bavoura" - a form of bread. Because this is probably in Venetian dialect, I would even leave the original text, but would like to know how to spell these words correctly and know more about exactly what they mean.

calle del pistor
I know nothing about baking but Calle del Pistor is a street(?) in the contrada of Dorsoduro. Hope this helps.
