Italian term

Atto di Citazione

Italian to English Law/Patents Law (general) litigation
I am inclined to think it is a statement of claim, it is composed of various paargraphs introduced by the applicant (istante) who is referred to also as "l'attore" ...any ideas?

complaint

If this is a document initiating a lawsuit, then I would call it a complaint.

Google "filing a complaint" and see if this is what you need. You can also file what is known as a "summons and complaint."
