Истец хотел вывезти с территории оборудование, а ответчик препятствовал ему в этом, отказывая в допуске на данную территорию для демонтажа и вывоза. В результате:
"Истец обратился в суд с иском к ответчику об устранении препятствий со стороны ответчика в вывозе оборудования и допуске на территорию... для демонтажа и вывоза..." (того же оборудования).
Текст кривой до невозможности. Я уже ничего не соображаю и не уверена, что выбрала правильную формулировку.
