Si sólo es "supone" la traducción es: means.

Para entenderla, quizás te ayude cambiar el orden de las palabras y simplificarla. La oración dice:
"Para terminar, simplemente (queremos) resaltar que la apertura de este showroom (..) supone un hito en nuestra estrategia de expansión internacional y de marca, que hoy celebraremos con gran alegría."
Es decir, lo básico es que "la apertura es un hito", un acontecimiento importantísimo.
"Suponer" en este contexto es "ser" simplemente.
Espero haberte simplificado el tema.
