I know the usual meaning of the word, but I'm not sure in this case the author uses it with the traditional meaning. For example, it speaks of "people's spiritualities" or "...speaks about Goddess spirituality".

neutral  Rafael Serrano: Entiendo tu respuesta. Se debe a que en inglés «spiritualism» significa «espiritismo». Sin embargo, «espiritualismo» es otra cosa en español. La palabra «spiritualism» es un «falso amigo» (false cognate). Cordial saludo.

Explanation:
Yo creo que sí es espiritualidad, porque si no, en el mismo original hubieran puesto espiritualismo. Quizá desde nuestro punto de vista no sea una verdadera espiritualidad, pero desde el punto de vista del autor sí lo sea. Así que yo creo que estás en lo correcto si lo traduces así. No es nuestra interpretación, sino la intención del autor.

Veo que escribieron lo mismo mientras yo redactaba. =D

Incluso pienso que puedes usar "naturaleza espiritual" cuando hables de Dios, que es Espíritu más que espiritual... Espero darme a entender. ;-)
