French term

remboursable par tiers

French to English Bus/Financial Finance (general)
"Le coût détaillé d'un financement d'un montant de €xxxxx d'une durée de 7 ans, remboursable in fine ou par tiers, à partir de la 5ème année..."

Does it mean that it is redeemable in three installments of one-third each ? If so, how do we say that neatly ? Or does it mean something else completely ??
Thanks in advance

repayable/redeemable in three equal instalments

it can either be paid back at the end of the 7-year period (in fine) or in three equal instalments, one per year in from the 5th year - I presume thismeans one-third at the end of year5, the second third at the end of year 6 and the last third at the end of year 7.
