مجلس مستشفيات الاطباء المقيمين -اطباء الامتياز-الاطباء المتدربين
The term 'internation' is the noun form from 'intern' which means a medical graduate who is getting training at hospital before being practically and fully involved in the medical profession.'intern' in Arabic means طبيب مقيم-متدرب او طبيب امتياز,according to the target jargon or dialect used .so the term 'internation' is correct and does not have a spelling mistake.

May also be "international council of hospitals"
Greetings... taHaiya Tayyiba wa b3ad...
A possible variant of that exroeisosn might be "the international council of hospitals," referring to an association located in one country (i.e., Saudi Arabia) with membership of various hospitals.
Not all hospitals are necessarily 'international' ones, i.e., hospitals with affiliates or branches operating outside the hosting country.
al-majlis al-dowlii lilmustashfiaat = المجلس الدولي للمستشفيات
(The above Arabic expression seems to be a common into-Arabic rendition of the name of such "international" entities.)
Fuad Yahya is probably the most-authoritative person to advise about Arabization of the names of such medical associations and related professional entities, and I would defer to his judgment.
Hope this helps. Khair, in shaa' Allah.
