I fed the dog (cobaka) I fed the dogs (cobaky)

You have two different endings.

I fed Sobaka (dog's name)

We ourselves have a cat which we have named "Koshka", so this might be a possibility. In such a strange mixture, who knows what case ending is intended or if it is grammatical or not? Diane's suggestion is also a possibility if the author of these words knows that собаки is the plural of dog but does not know about other case endings.
Peer comment(s):

neutral Lilian Vardanyan : Yes, it is a complete mixture of the alphabets especially. But using the word in the sentence, we will have different endings logically. I fed Koshka is right only in case if it is the name of the pet.Otherwise, we use"Я покормил кошку\собаку,кошек\собак

You know that, I know that, but does the person who wrote this sentence know that?
agree Yuri Geifman : hey Jack, I used to have a cat named Koshka... (and a friend of mine called his cat Птиц)

We could call ours Птицеед, except that she hardly ever catches any.

Руслан,
Если вы переводите на английский фразу, которая по-русски звучит как «я кормил собаку», то я согласен со всеми коллегами, которые ответили раньше.

В том случае, если вы хотите сказать, что вы на/в чем-то собаку съели (глагол “to feed” в разговорной речи можно перевести как «есть», «кормиться»), то вам лучше использовать следующие варианты перевода:
собаку съесть (на чем-л., в чем-л.) —
to be an expert at/in smth,
to know one's onions,
to know smth. inside out,
to know the ropes.

Тогда ваша фраза по-английски будет выглядеть так:

I know my onions,
I know the ropes.

Удачи!

Милана, в разговорной речи глагол "to feed" можно перевести как "есть". Я смотрел в словаре Апресяна.
