The other suggestions are not quite right as they apply to vulnerable or disabled adults, or the elderly. The exact same set-up doesn't exist in the UK, or in the US as far as I know. I have a relative who worked in this type of setting in Germany for years, and we have similar things for vulnerable adults, but not for kids.
Alternative: placement in shared accommodation with on-site supervision

sheltered accommodation in a home-share

It's not necessarily a flat / apartment as a Wohn/ungs/gemeinschaft, as could be a whole house (a Duplexwohnung / maisonette or in the UK a bungalow), not only in an Austrian Justizanstalt but also in an Austrian hospital (Hietzing / Lainz). So Remy's home solution IMO is a good one.

Hausgemeinschaft is something else and refers to a family scenario of domestic life together.
Example sentence:

Sheltered housing, sometimes known as sheltered accomodation, is a type of 'housing with support', which you can buy or rent.

disagree AllegroTrans : Sheltered accommodation is for vulnerable or disabled adults or the elderly. This is about young people who need to be supervised. "Home-share" is too easily conflated with students etc. jointly renting a house or flat and is much too informal here.

"assisted living" is the politically correct term used currently for different types of housing whether they be students flatting together or the elderly in retirement villages.
Example sentence:
