For the "peuvent", there should be a key clearly indicating which ones are significant at different levels (usually 1, 5 and 10%).
It either is or is not over 10%. So "peuvent" is a little odd. I'm guessing that you will find a key somewhere in the text, and it will probably tell you that these t-tests ARE significant at the 10% level. If not, there should be other clues in the text.
