Note that "LIvret EP" may correspond to "Livret d'Epargne Populaire", a particular type of savings account.

''libellé", bank jargon indeed. Larousse: Termes dans lesquels est rédigé un acte officiel : Le libellé d'une décision, d'un chèque, d'un sujet d'examen. Mention portée sur une pièce comptable, un chèque; ici sur un livret d'epargne.

Livret EP = Livret d'épargne = savings book in English



Book transfers are generally between deposit accounts, which can encompass SAVINGS accounts, checking accounts, and money market accounts. In any deposit account, the account holder has the right to withdraw deposited funds. A governing account agreement will spell out these terms in detail.
