I am not sure how to translate "refoule" here and would appreciate suggetions.
This concerns a Brain CT scan:
Renseignements cliniques: craniopharyngiome probable.
On revoit la lésion supraselliaire que démontre des portions de signal intermédiaire en pondérations T1 et T2 avec des zones de signal kystiques......
Apres injection de Gadolinium, la lésion rehausse, excepté pour la zone kystique. ........ La lésion refoule le chiasma optique supérieurement. Inférieurement, elle déborde un peu derrière le clivus, mais ne pénètre pas dans la selle turcique...
