"NOS COUPS DE COEUR": This common phrase appears in an advertisement of hotels and tours by a company offering accommodations in the Caribbean. I found "favorite" and "very favorite" in the glossaries, but this does not seem appropriate in this advertising context. Any suggestions would be very much appreciated.

In Belgian they use a lot in house selling: maison coup de coeur. It seems to be something so utterly charming and delightful you won't be able to resist it once you've seen it. Hope this helps a bit.
