Unless your context clearly indicates that this is a switch, it is likely to just be a circuit.

I agree with those who prefer using capacitor rather than condensor. Condensor is still used, but mainly in particular situations.

The word Schaltung can mean either switch or circuit. Ernst gives circuit first. The word condenser is outmoded, and a condenser should now be called a capacitor.
The three basic kinds of objects in any circuit are those with resistance, capacitance, and inductance. (Of course any one object may have a combination of these features.) As this site says:

If the interpretation with switch is correct, which I doubt but you have the context, the switch will be a capacitor switch, which exists, see reference 1. But the word resistor is then a modifier and I don't see the technology of a capacitor switch being modified by the word resistor. In that case the translation would be resistor capacitor switch, no hyphen. Unless you know for certain that this Schaltung is a switch, I'd go with the circuit. Nancy

As an illustration of the importance of context: the proper translation may well be 'resistor-capacitor circuit'. However, this shouldbe properly written as 'Widerstand-Kondensator-Schaltung' in German. Since 'Widerstand' can mean both 'resistor' and 'resistance', it is at least possible (depending on the context!) that what is being referred to is the 'resistance' (properly the impedance) of the capacitor circuit.
