Italian term
ritardo fisiologico

Business/Commerce (general)
It's that Friday feeling with a deadline to meet - I can't think of the best way to say this.
The context is the analysis of debt collection strategies:
Diventa fondamentale in questa fase cercare di identificare strategie ad hoc per la potenziale clientela “self cure”, che risulta insolvente prevalentemente per caratteristiche comportamentali di **ritardo fisiologico** rispetto alle scadenze di pagamento (vero soprattutto per i pagamenti tramite bollettino postale) su cui rimandare l’intervento di recupero per ridurre i costi di gestione.

habitual arrears
I would do it this way. The word fisiologico, looks difficult to translate until you realise it is a close synonym for the word "ordinary" or "normal".

: I believe this captures the flavor of the text best, as it seems to be referring to debtor individuals and not to something happening because of procedures within an institution

serial procrastinators (in this context)
I would turn it around like this ... people who figure as insolvent because they are 'serial procrastinators' as far as payment due dates are concerned..... example
" .... reports that 55% of students admit to being “serial procrastinators”: they never catch up ... of work until the date it is due".
" .... reports that 55% of students admit to being “serial procrastinators”: they never catch up ... of work until the date it is due".
Example sentence:
Last-minute tax planning for serial procrastinators
1 day 5 hrs
Something went wrong...
