: I agree that a some people may not know what this means, but there are lots of hits on yahoo - so this seems a popular translation. Would those who don't understand Brescian really understand Brescia? I wonder...

I guess it will depend on the context. If this is an entire brochure dealing with the Brescia region, then perhaps "Brescian" would be evident...on the other hand, Anthony makes a good point, as you need to adapt the translation to the audience
