: It is correct as for the meaning. I would leave the word "campiello" in Italian though (because it's typical of Venice) and then add a TN with the explanation ("small square")

in Venice a "campiello" is a small square into which narrow streets run; originally it was derived from the vulgar Latin campitellum and it's diminutive campus-campo.
The translation would be:
Go down the Calle del Traghetto (little Ferry Street) and turn left at Strada Nova (New Street), cross two bridges and turn into the next little street on the right, cross the small Church square and then the bridge.

I agree you don't translate actual names; I didn't translate them, left them in Italian, merely added the brackets to indicate what they would be for someone who knows no Italian! campiello is not a name and therefore can - and should - be translated
