español term

publicidad del régimen de propiedad

español al inglés Jurídico/Patentes Derecho: contrato(s)
From the text of a Spanish law: "Registro de prestadores y publicidad del régimen de propiedad de los servicios de comunicación audiovisual"

I see it as "publicity of ownership" or "disclosure of ownership" but not sure about the "regimen" part. Anyone come across this?

Discussion

AllegroTrans Jul 7, 2021:
"Register of lenders and publicity on the system of property ownership with audiovisual communication" is word-by-word translation from a dictionary. Translation of terms and entities in this simplistic way simply doesn't work. If it did, this site would not exist and translators would need no skills or knowledge. Please don't waste our time and your own.
Lisa Rosengard Jul 7, 2021:
It's a register of lenders and publicity on the system of property ownership with audiovisual communication.
philgoddard Jul 6, 2021:
And "régimen de propiedad" simply means ownership.
AllegroTrans Jul 6, 2021:
publicidad frequently means "registration" e.g. as in registration of ownership in the Land Registry.

disclosure of ownership

would be fine, that is what the law requires.

title registration system

feasible for both land registration and audio-visual services, despite the Registro: register or Registry double-up and albeit postdating the Hollies of Stockport by over half a century.

Otherwise, land tenure say around my old Stockport FC's mate's house on Bramhall Park Road, tenants' security of tenure or tenure of office vs. tenure of audio-visual services.
Example sentence:

IATE: es no prejuzgar en modo alguno el régimen de la propiedad Consilium en in no way to prejudice the rules governing the system of property ownership Consilium

Note from asker:
Incidentally, I'm just up the road from Bramhall Park, walk my dogs there.

agree AllegroTrans : By the heck, I know where Bramhall Park Road is, and Edgeley Park

Thanks, Chris.
neutral philgoddard : I can usually get the gist of your 'explanations' by reading them a few times, but this is utterly incomprehensible, and 'title' is ambiguous and confusing. Why do you always produce a more complicated version of the previous answer?

This answer is nothing like the first answer, besides which your routine omission of a key-word like 'régimen' meaning a scheme, system or arrangement is not very well argued.
