原文文本 - Russian俄语 Ответственность за подготовку и представление данной бухгалтерской (финансовой) отчетности несет исполнительный орган Общества. Под бухгалтерской (финансовой) отчетностью понимается отчетность, предусмотренная Федеральным законом «О бухгалтерском учете». Наша обязанность заключается в выражении мнения о достоверности бухгалтерской (финансовой) отчетности во всех существенных отношениях на основе проведенного аудита.
Мы провели аудит в соответствии с Федеральным законом «Об аудиторской деятельности», федеральными стандартами аудиторской деятельности, внутрифирменными стандартами КПМГ по аудиту, а также правилами и стандартами, принятыми Аудиторской Палатой России.
Аудит планировался и проводился таким образом, чтобы получить разумную уверенность в том, что бухгалтерская (финансовая) отчетность не содержит существенных искажений. Аудит проводился на выборочной основе и включал в себя изучение на основе тестирования доказательств, подтверждающих числовые показатели бухгалтерской (финансовой) отчетности и раскрытие в ней информации о финансово-хозяйственной деятельности, оценку соблюдения принципов и правил бухгалтерского учета, применяемых при подготовке бухгалтерской (финансовой) отчетности, рассмотрение основных оценочных показателей, полученных руководством Общества, а также оценку представления бухгалтерской (финансовой) отчетности. Мы полагаем, что проведенный аудит представляет достаточные основания для выражения нашего мнения о достоверности бухгалтерской (финансовой) отчетности.

По нашему мнению, прилагаемая к настоящему Аудиторскому заключению бухгалтерская (финансовая) отчетность Общества отражает достоверно во всех существенных отношениях его финансовое положение по состоянию на 31 декабря 2009 года и результаты его финансово-хозяйственной деятельности за период с 1 января по 31 декабря 2009 года включительно в соответствии с требованиями законодательства Российской Федерации в части подготовки бухгалтерской (финансовой) отчетности.
翻译文本 - English英语 The executive body of the Company is responsible for keeping accounts and for the preparation and presentation of these Financial Statements. Financial statement shall mean statement as it is provided by Federal “Accounting Law”. Our responsibility is to express an opinion on reliability of financial statements related to all substantial issues based on the results of our audit.
We performed audit was in accordance with Federal Law “On Auditing activities”, federal rules on auditing, the internal KPMG auditing methodology, the rules and standards adopted by the and Auditors Chamber of Russia.
Audit was planned and performed to obtain reasonable assurance that the Financial Statements are free of material misstatement. The audit included examination, on a test basis, of evidence supporting the amounts in the Financial Statements, disclosures on financial and operational activities, assessment of the accounting principles and methods used in the preparation of the Financial Statements, consideration of the main estimates made by Company management, as well as evaluating the overall financial statement presentation. We believe that our audit provides a reasonable basis for our opinion on financial statements reliability.
In our opinion, the accounting (financial) Company statements attached to the present Audit Opinion authentically reflects in all material relations its financial position as of December, 31st, 2009 and results of its financial and economic activity from January, 1st to December, 31st, 2009 inclusive according to requirements of the Russian Federation Law regarding preparation of the accounting (financial) statements.
I have been working as translator/interpreter since 1992 in oil industry. I started as a field translator with Fracmaster company, have 10 experience in the field with frac jobs, workover, drilling, coiled tubing drilling. I did translate meetings, related documents. Later I worked for Hulliburton as technical translator, then for Lukoil companies.
As an office translator I did work with deputy general director for drilling, translated negotiations, contracts, safety documents, work programs, drilling reports, manuals. Also, did translate contract negotiations, tenders, board meetings.
After all this I have experience with translation of technical documents, environment and safety, instrumentation, IT, oil industry related themes, legal documents, contracts.
Education: Pedagogical University of Tomsk, English grammar, Master decree in 1991.
