: Agree, en las cláusulas de contratos estas autorizaciones comienzan con "con carácter... " etc., al menos es mi experiencia.

: se utiliza "con carácter...", se refiere a la característica del poder/autorización. Me queda la duda del "irreparable", no tiene mucho sentido en español...

Para mí el "irreparable" es que no puede ser susceptible de rectificación ulterior, o sea, inalterable.
No estaría usado en el sentido habitual de "irreparable", como que no se puede reparar. Aquí se trata de un poder que se otorga y no se puede ni alterar ni revocar.
