This is from a short article for a city magazine. I'm having trouble with this because the words in the middle are from a song and the whole sentence needs to be quite snappy. Any ideas are very welcome!

En attendant la rentrée, une fois de plus, l’été sera chaud dans les T-shirts, dans les maillots et la ville restera animée.

Explanation:
Personally, unless it's an article about fashions (which doesn't appear to be the case), I'd drop the reference to t-shirts and swimsuits.

Especially if the events in question are mainly at night, I'd lift the opening line from the old Lovin' Spoonful song...

Once again, [name of city] is lining up a whole load of events for another Hot town, summer in the city

Not exactly snappy, and perhaps a little too slavishly literal — but I think the use of 'of' in this way makes it work slightly better in EN; cf. 'seasons of mists and mellow fruitfulness' and 'days of wine and roses'
