A weekend dedicated to the vineyard, the wine, its words ... and wine tasting!
Welcome to the ProZ.com Italian Winespeak Weekend!

Then this weekend is for you!
Here's our initial programme (subject to adjustment):

A chance to meet one of Abruzzo's young wine entrepreneurs! A vegetarian menu is also available.

Back to work and our oenologist Mr Seghetti will start revealing the secrets of winemaking

Coffee break with delicious Abruzzo delicacies to keep you going
Our evening closes with traditional Abruzzo fare, in a countryside location, La Berlocca, with wines offered by Franco D'Eusanio from his http://www.chiusagrande.com/. Franco will join us for dinner to talk about his unique wine-making approach.

The venue is the Dora Sarchese winery in Caldari (near Ortona), in the beautiful Abruzzo countryside.
Our hostess for the weekend is Signora Dora Sarchese, who welcomes us to her home and a winery that has been in the family for generations (http://www.dorasarchese.it ).
The hotel is a new venture and doesn't have a website yet, but is a tried and trusted location. Views of Mount Majella and the sea from the guestrooms.
