For those who in between play SolSuite or the like.
Although there are more than 200 version available I only (ONLY) play Free Cell, since ages.
How about you?
Cheers
Heinrich

Spider Nov 13, 2006

My overall favourite is spider solitaire (but with only two colours), definitely. But please don't ask me the reason for it, it just helps me to relax.

Best wishes from Germany,

Martina

The old fashioned one with real cards Nov 13, 2006

Do you still remember the old fashioned way of playing solitaire? You know, the one with two decks of cards that you shuffle with your own hands and play on the table. When I think of it, that one is the best, but I play Spider (2-color) on my PC

Spider + Free Cell Nov 13, 2006

Or should I say once upon a time...

Still one of the games I really enjoyed (about ten years ago) was one called Prince of Persia. It has nothing in common with solitaire.

Carta blanca... Nov 13, 2006

... better known as Free Cell in this thread (I finally learnt what it's called in English)

At one point in life, I became addicted to it, to the point that I started choosing games (#1, #2 ... #1354...)... is anyone else as obssessive as I am?

Ritu, I remember having played Prince of Persia a very, very long time ago... I'm talking Atari here... is that possible or am I confused?

Cheers!... See more

Glad to hear that I'm not the only one addicted to Solitaire Nov 13, 2006

Play Joker Forty Thieves and Pyramid Solitaire quite a bit of the time.

Free Cell too but with four decks.

When I was in the Netherlands I found a version of the real Mahjong game for the PC. You play against 3 Artificial Intelligence PC figures. (This one is like the one played with the Mahjong tiles with four winds and four players to form Pongs and Kongs, etc.). I have tried to find it again later (to give as gifts) and am unable to find it.

It is not like the one where you click away pairs of tiles. Like that too though. I am absolutely addicted to that one. I am surprised that I find time to work.

Such a fun thread! Thanks for starting it.

Spider Solitaire Nov 13, 2006

but lately I've been playing Free Cell while I have lunch (yeah, I'm one of those who eat in front of the PC:D).
