French to English Bus/Financial Finance (general) proposal bid
This sentence refers to bids for proposals on a commerical project. That's pretty much all the context. It seems unclear as to whether this is the deadline, or if they are requesting all proposals on this date. I would also appreciate your thoughts on whether "demandées" in this case should be construed as "required" or requested". Thanks.
