I agree with "homemade". You could always include "All recipes prepared in our own kitchens to traditional recipes" at the bottom of each page if you thought it necessary.

Seriously though, I agree with Wil in his comments about the subtext of both casero and home-made - but here I think we're just looking at the restaurant trying to make it's food sound good and "auténtica" - more an image than actual precise words and I think you can allow yourself flexibility - go for the one you think sounds most stylish.

Peter, my personal opinion is that you would be over-translating slightly, while it is not an exact translation I think 'homemade' has lots of the underlying connotations that casero has. To me homemade says that it is cooked within the establishment and that it leans towards the traditional rather than over elaborate. I feel by paraphrasing you would be altering the original more than by just using homemade.

HI, there. It's from an upmarket sit down restaurant serving traditional Albacete fare. Might go with homemade but also thinking "prepared in our own kitchens to a traditional recipe" or maybe too long-winded?
