Still with the menu, I'm afraid. Todos los guisos son caseros y se cocinaran para 6-8 personas máximo. Any suggestions here. Prepared in our kitchens?

prepared in our own kitchens
Explanation:
Homemade may have become a little degraded of late - a bit like "natural" - although it is certainly a valid option.

But here's an alternative - a v slight alternative on your own suggestion - but I think that "own" makes quite a difference.

In the end I went for this as I still feel that homemade didn't fit in the context of an upmarket restaurant, perhaps I'm wrong!

Creo que sí, no obstante si tienes dudas, la opción de la colega es una buena alternativa. Saludos,

Asker: Would we really say homemade for food in a restaurant?

Explanation:
for a maximum of 6-8 persons.

Presumably a little freedom in translation is allowed ifor marketing purposes. Given that homemade is a little contradictory, and most restaurant food will be prepared in its own kitchens, this option conveys the meaning behind the use of the word "casero"

Explanation:
My best option for "an upmarket sit down restaurant serving traditional Albacete fare".
No hyphen.

Note: "fayre" is the faux "olde-worlde" version. The correct term is "fare", as you originally put. Or am I missing a joke?
