Это рекламная фраза (нечто вроде слогана или девиза) на рекламном щите агентства по недвижимости: на картинке счастливая семья празднует успешную продажу дома.

What about this version: We're celebrating a sale, and you're still sitting on the femce?

We've already sold our place and are celebrating, and you're still sitting on the fence?

Another possible phrasing - although I would highly suggest keeping "place" over house (applies to various forms of real estate) and keeping "celebrating" over having a party.
Note from asker:
I do like the "sitting in the fence" part! Thanks a lot for the idea, Allison!
What about this version: We're celebrating a sale, and you're still sitting on the femce? Althogh it seems to me that the first part of the phrase lacks something...

We've already closed and are celebrating! Are you still just getting ready?

For a real estate contact, I'd use "closed."
