This should already be in the glossary, it's been discussed before.
These are 2 of the terms I find most useful, and ought to fit in your 2 instances.
Avoid 'outlet' at all costs!

At the starting point from the cabin's high (voltage) tension interrupter ...
A reference below explains high tension and low voltage at the source of output.:
"A High Voltage (Tension) industrial installation is an electric installation in which the tension is greater than a thousand 1000 volts. This high tension installation is limited generally to a small part of the entire electric installation, namely the high-voltage cabin. For large industrial applications, there are also consumers who use high tension or high voltage, which is only found in business organisations with particular applications."
