mi correggo: non manca "and";l'unica differenza è tra assigns e assignees e credo che nel link che riporto in luogo di assignees dovessero scrivere assigns, perché questa è la formula di rito.
In buona sostanza, la resa dovrebbe essere quella che ho riportato
