After Respondent has a chance to finalize its internal analysis of a feasible proposal, all of the above mentioned documents and discussions are to form the basis for further negotiations with the creditors committee on available restructuring options. Respondent’s intention is that such a proposal be presented to the creditors’ committee in due course.
