The text reads "Any accommodation, service, supply or other item that is not related to the Member’s condition", so I take that to mean being "admitted" to some kind of center that is not related to the condition, i.e. spending a weekend at a spa or health resort to receive "alternative" therapy.
Insurance companies would normally be fairly strict about what is covered by medical care, so I don't think they'd use "accommodation" in a vague sense.
Kristen's reference is a good one, but I just don't see how it fits here.
Here is an example of a list of items that may or may not be covered under medical insurance, including examples of accommodation (e.g., hospital accommodation), services (e.g., intensive care) and supplies (e.g., drugs, dressings and other consumables):
You can choose to be treated as a private patient in either a public OR a private hospital.
You can choose your own doctor, and decide whether you will go to a public or a private hospital that your doctor attends. You may also have more choice as to when you are admitted to hospital.
If you choose to be treated as a private patient in a hospital (public or private), Medicare will cover you for 75% of the Medicare Benefits Schedule (MBS) fee for associated medical costs.
You can be treated as a public patient in a public hospital by a doctor appointed by the hospital.
