According to Answers.com it could be anything from Maintenance Operation Protocol to Memorandum Of Policy, Memorandum Of Procedure, Modify Operating Procedures, or Multiple Original Printout -my pick so far-, not to mention 20 other options that make even less sense (Modern Orthodox Poets anyone? Didn't think so).
Plus, there's the minor question of what the heck this means in Spanish...
