: Yes. "Civil Court, 5th Division" in North America. In UK I think should be QB5. Yes. You have to specify the section, 5 in this case. QB5.

: en France (et le syst. ivoirien n'en est pas si éloigné je pense), "jugement "= décision d'un tribunal de 1è instance. Décisions de la Cour de Cassation = "arrêts". Et peu probable qu'un div par consentement mutuel aille devant la cour de cassation
