German term
This whole sentence is confounding - wonder if s/thing is missing after 'diese'
from 'bei Meidung . . .' to 'zwei Jahren' is fine, but 'diese zu vollziehen an ihren gesetzlichen Vertretern' is puzzling.
Any help would be great.

: It's not guardians, it's legal representatives, but strictly speaking your answer is right.

Instead of 'up to', the wording usually is 'for no more than'.

to be imposed upon
Guardians is wrong, I'm afraid. That's a word for parents etc. in family law. This one means the executive/managing directors, authorized officers holding general power of attorney and so forth, people authorized to represent the company by way of a POA, that is.

Or perhaps "with the latter [or the prison sentence, for clarity] to be served by its legal representatives"

: How is this different to Michael's answer? He mistranslated Verteter, but that's not part of the question.

Well, I do think it actually is, I'm afraid. We're translating a standardized key phrase from IP judgments the Asker fails to really understand, with legal representatives being a key term thereunder.

Discussion
Still, I think a legal representative is only the person(s) who can sign on behalf of the company. Mostly it CEOs or directors or so.
