E' la forma 'classica'. Anche il numero non messo in lettere fa parte dello 'standard' di questo tipo di info.

disagree S K : Hi Mirra, this may not convey adequately that it this is a continuous session of 8hrs, it could imply 8hrs over the whole week. The idea comes across of a heavy duty 8hr session in one go!!

Dear Siobhan, where did you get the info that the 8 hrs are concentrated in one unique session or not? Perhaps mine is not the best translation (since the client could desire a more verbous and 'institutional' sentence) but it's a standard.
