Spanish term

importe

Non-PRO Spanish to English Bus/Financial Business/Commerce (general) this is in an invoice - From Mexico
It comes as one of the rubrics included in an invoice when describing the product bought.

Something like this

Heading of the invoice:

Nombre:
Fecha:
Direccion:

Cant. Descripcion Unidad Importe

Under "Importe" there are numbers that indicate prices.

To me this is like Price or Payment.

Am I correct? Any suggestions?

Thanks in advance

Non-PRO (3): Graham Allen-Rawlings, Lydia De Jorge, Yvonne Gallagher

When entering new questions, KudoZ askers are given an opportunity* to classify the difficulty of their questions as 'easy' or 'pro'. If you feel a question marked 'easy' should actually be marked 'pro', and if you have earned more than 20 KudoZ points, you can click the "Vote PRO" button to recommend that change.

How to tell the difference between "easy" and "pro" questions:

An easy question is one that any bilingual person would be able to answer correctly. (Or in the case of monolingual questions, an easy question is one that any native speaker of the language would be able to answer correctly.)

A pro question is anything else... in other words, any question that requires knowledge or skills that are specialized (even slightly).

Another way to think of the difficulty levels is this: an easy question is one that deals with everyday conversation. A pro question is anything else.

When deciding between easy and pro, err on the side of pro. Most questions will be pro.

* Note: non-member askers are not given the option of entering 'pro' questions; the only way for their questions to be classified as 'pro' is for a ProZ.com member or members to re-classify it.

El primer término que propongo es el más indicado para una factura; consulté también el Dicc. de Economía y Empresa de José M. Lozano para tener más opciones, espero que sirva, saludos!

Importe means amount, which included in an invoice, means the price or sum of prices.

Price

In fact it can be many things, but I think that in this context Price is the most appropriate. Perhaps "Total Amount" could work too, but I found a form of invoice in English which includes almost all the items that you have described. It is a PDF file and I can¡t paste it here, so I will include the link and type the words.
