la traduccion podria ser National Language , Spanish Language o simplemente Spanish

Depends on context I would say that if the emphasis is on the "lengua nacional" as a concept, I would translate it "national language." If the focus is on the language that is the national language, I would use "Spanish." For example, if it says "el curso se enseñó en la lengua nacional", then "Spanish would be appropriate (or whatever the national language is); if it reads something akin to "el desarrollo de una lengua nacional", then I would use "national language", or "official language".
